Connecting Communities Resource Navigation
As part of our commitment to "Loving Christ, Serving City," The First Presbyterian Church in Cleveland is pleased to respond to the growing needs of many in our community who seek a guiding hand to social service organizations within our city.
On-site resource navigation is now available on Mondays and Wednesdays of each month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Some of the areas that our Resource Navigator aims to assist individuals include:
- Navigating mental health and wellness services
- Assistance with ID acquisition and benefit eligibility
- Assistance with shelter and housing
- Help with food and transportation resources
- Referrals to addiction and counseling providers
We thank the Metanoia Project for allowing their staff to conduct this community-focused work with us on a part-time basis. Additionally, support for this position comes to us from a grant through the Presbyterian of the Western Reserve's Vision Fund.
Appointments via the form below are helpful but not required. Please note that appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis.
